Shui Jin Gui, the Golden Water Turtle, is the least planted of the Four Famous Bushes and the hardest to find in any quantity. It is the most restrained of the four in aroma and the deepest in body: less spice than Rou Gui, less perfume than Tie Luo Han, and a long, rounded, almost creamy finish that keeps going after the cup is empty.

Da Hong Pao itself comes from Wuyi Mountains, Fujian, grown as blend of qi dan and bei dou, at 450 m. This lot is that same tea, handled and graded as described above — the leaf, the mountain and the maker do not change, only the picking window and the price.

Unopened tins can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a tea is not to your taste, tell us — we would rather send you something you like than keep the money.
